no third party warehousing
Unlike some of our competitors (eg. Cellarit) we do not outsource our warehousing to third party providers. Instead all of our clients wine is held within our own climate controlled facilities. We believe that this is the only way that your wine can ever be really safe, secure and legally unencumbered by third party warehouse liens.

limited exposure to light & vibration sources
UV light can cause hydrogen sulphide compounds to develop in wine. Lighting in our cellars is kept to a minimum and all bottles are placed in cases. Our cellars are also protected & insulated against vibration sources.

watertight & bug free
Flooded cellars are all too common, especially when located below ground level. Extensive precautions ensure that our cellars are protected against such catastrophic events and bug free.
