Dear Mark, Thank you for the very efficient withdrawal of 20 bottles on Saturday. The dinner went brilliantly with the wines of the night being declared as the 1994 Wynn’s Michael Shiraz and the 1994 St Hallett Old Block. The 1990 Mesach was slightly funky and perhaps brett tainted. We didn’t end up opening the 2002 Greenock Creek Apricot Block. Thank you again. Luke B 03.03.08

Hi Angus, Many thanks for hosting our tasting on Friday. I have been inundated with phone calls about how fabulous the wines and food were, how the match was great, how well you spoke and HOW MUCH you know (!!) – I congratulate you on soldiering on until the late wee hours – no-one would ever have guessed you were on 3 hours sleep in from Adelaide – perhaps it is the wine that fortified you in your hour of need. Everyone was very impressed by your knowledge and crowd control techniques......
