Wine Ark's Managed Cellarage combines the benefits of offsite climate controlled storage with some very useful cellar services.Inventory management
Each case of wine you put into managed cellarage is inspected, catalogued and labelled with your own unique identification barcode. Your inventory is then uploaded into the online cellar management system. As each case is added or removed from your collection, your records are automatically updated, so you always know the state of your cellar.
Easy access to your wine
Any time you'd like to check on things, there's no need to go downstairs with a torch. Instead visit www.wine-ark.com.au and you can see every wine you own. You can even select the wines you wish to collect, sell or have delivered to your home. The delivery and collection service operates daily.
Storage & handling fees
Storage fees are charged monthly and vary according to the number of cases stored. The more cases stored, the cheaper the rate becomes. In addition, CELLARCLUB members enjoy a discounted rate schedule. To cover the costs of managing your wine, a once-only handling fee is charged per bottle. Unlike other operators, there is no charge for handling your cases out of storage.
